觀世音菩薩

是阿彌陀佛西方淨土中的大菩薩，

《無量壽經》記載觀世音菩薩

與大勢至菩薩

同為西方極樂淨土中阿彌陀佛的

左右脇侍菩薩。

「 觀世音菩薩

觀一切眾生，聽一切苦難，

隨因緣化身度一切眾生 」

源於<< 妙法蓮華經

觀世音菩薩普門品 >> 

也有經典記載觀世音菩薩

在過去無量劫中

早已究竟成佛，

名號「 正法明如來 」

因其大悲願力所發菩提心，

為度一切眾生, 

以菩薩示現，乘願而來，

觀察眾生音聲救度苦難。

Guanyin Bodhisattva 

is the great Bodhisattva of Amitabha Buddha in the Western Pure Land

The Immeasurable Life Sutra records Guanyin Bodhisattva and Dashizhi Bodhisattva are  the left and right Bodhisattva of Amitabha Buddha 

in the Pure Land of Bliss in the West.

“ Guanyin Bodhisattva observes all living beings and listens to all suffering. 

Incarnates all sentient beings according to 

causes and conditions. “

There are also scripture records

that Guanyin Bodhisattva has become a Buddha already,

but rather to manifest as a Bodhisattva 

with great compassion 

to retune our world again for helping 

all beings.

女兒和女婿送我一束花，

他們選的這五種花：

康乃馨 - 

母親節之花。

代表温馨、慈祥、寬容、

不求回報的母愛。

百合 - 

是堅定不移的愛

與淡泊的永恆。

牡丹 - 

繁花似錦。

幸福、繁榮的象徵。

姬小菊 -

純真、希望與和平。

滿天星- 

繁星相守，

相知相惜的愛。

好令人感動的花束 ！

好久沒提畫筆了，

就以這束花作油畫寫生。

祝福所有媽媽

母親節快樂！！

Today is Mother's Day in France.

My daughter and son-in-law 

gave me the beautiful bouquet of flowers,

the five kinds of flowers they chose :

Carnations - 

Mother's Day Flower.

It represents warmth, kindness, tolerance and mother's love ( unconditional love )

Lily - 

Steadfast love.

And eternal calmness.

Peony -

The flowers are like brocade. 

A symbol of happiness and prosperity. 

Brachyscome angustifolia - 

Innocence, peace and hope. 

Gypsophila -

Stay together. 

Love of knowing and cherishing each other.

What a touching bouquet !

I haven't been painting 

for a long time.

I draw and sketch oil painting 

with this bouquet of flowers.

At the same time,

give blessing to all mothers ! !

畫中有我美好的記憶 -

小時候的夏日，

我常在後院躺在藤椅

仰望滿天星星。

我喜歡在浩瀚星空尋找北斗七星。

自古以来北斗七星是人類辨别方向，

指引道路的燈塔。

但願我們人生都能找到正確的方向。

Beautiful memory in this painting -

When I was a child.

I often lie on a rattan chair in the backyard

at summer night 

for looking up to the starry sky.

I like to look for the Big Dipper in the vast starry sky.

Since ancient times, 

the Big Dipper has been a beacon 

for human beings to discern the direction and guide the road.

I hope we can all find the right direction in our lives.

源起於2017年美國，

於2018年3月散播至臺灣。

此運動目的是療癒受到性侵、

性騷擾與霸凌的受害者，

受害者的申訴

引發社會迴響的同時推動社會文化的改變，

省思如何提升社會善良風俗。

揭發加害者邪惡、邪淫的真面目，

希望社會不要道德淪喪，不要再有受害者。

 

萬惡淫為首。

老天有眼，凡走過必留下痕跡，

一切邪淫不倫的行為

總有報應的一天。

# Me Too, originated from the United States 

in the 2017. 

At march in 2013 spread to Taiwan. 

The purpose of this movement is to heal victims of sexual assault, harassment and bullying. 

Complaints of Victims 

cause social repercussions. 

At the same time 

achieving societal and cultural change.

Meanwhile, thinking about how to promote good social customs.

Expose the perpetrator’s evil and adultery.

Hope the society will not be morally corrupt

and there will be no more victims in society. 

 

Sexual misconduct is root of all evils.

Fornication is the foremost evil.

All past will leave traces. 

God is never blind to your tears. 

There will always be a day of retribution 

for wrong, not moral

and evil behavior.

媽媽喜歡的柔美粉紅色，

我小時候某一次母親節前畫的。

 

圖畫巳褪色，我的記憶猶新。

還記得當時她開心的笑臉。

This colored pencil sketch carnation 

with my mom's favorite soft pink,

I drew before a certain Mother's Day

when I was little.

The drawing has faded

but my memories are still fresh. 

I still remember her happy smile.

記得高中時，

被班導師指派參加校園寫生比賽，

我帶著一小盒水彩、兩支畫筆

還有學校給的一大張畫紙，

在校園一隅

定下心來，專注投入寫生的意境。

回想當時用心觀照、品味校園的一草一木

（ 發覺有許多被日常忽略的美好景象 ）。

心情豁然開朗，信手拈來⋯

居然還獲得冠軍奬牌。

我向來喜歡用水調和透明顏料作畫，

嚮往色彩在繪畫過程中

與水互動産生的意境。

至於油畫對我來說很陌生。

日前女兒鼓勵我去學習，

體驗另一種繪畫方式。

於是我以參學的心情進入油畫世界。

起初不太習慣，

水彩畫是以亮、淺、淡的部分開始著色。

水彩的水質、色澤、筆觸 

渲染出的輕柔飄逸美感

大不同於油畫。

 

油畫上色是由深至淺，

之後是光線的刻畫。

由不同顏色的覆加

產生立體感、層次感和飽滿厚重感。

可層層融合反覆修改。

畫作完成後能長期保持光澤。

充分表現豐富的色彩和立體質感。

畫作有種種不同類型、風格，

然而充實精神世界

的心境是一致的。

When I was in high school,

I have participated in the campus sketching competition.

I brought a little box of watercolor paints

and two brushes,

also a large sheet of drawing paper given by the school.

In a corner of the campus

set my mind down and focus on entering

the artistic conception of sketching.

Looking back at that time, 

carefully watching and savoring every plant and tree on campus.

( I found that there were many beautiful scenes that were neglected in daily life. )

The mood was suddenly bright,

 and it was easy to come by.

Even won the championship medal.

I have always loved painting with water tones and clear paints, longing for color in the painting process, 

the artistic conception produced from interact with water.

As for oil painting, it is very strange to me,

my daughter encourage me 

to learn and experience 

for another way of painting.

So recently I have participated to learn 

oil painting.

In the beginning I was not used to.

The water, color, strokes feelings

quite differences from oil painting.

Watercolor begins to color with bright, light and light parts. 

Rendering  the light, delicate  and  

ethereal beauty.

Oil painting coloring from deep to light, 

and then characterization of light.

The overlay of different colors creates

 a sense of three-dimensionality, 

layering and thickness.

It can be modified layer by layer.

After the screen is finished,

 it can maintain its luster for a long time.

Fully express rich colors and three-dimensional texture.

There are many different painting methods and styles,

but intention to enrich people's spiritual world are identical.
