西子灣夕陽 - Sizihwan bay sunset

有一次來到高雄西子灣等待日落。

看見山頂那端昔日清朝時的英國領事館，

二十年前修復後已作為高雄史蹟文物館。

做了個深呼吸, 準備登上百多層的階梯⋯

呈現眼前的是一座後文藝復興時代

巴洛克式建築，

拱形門廊,，紅磚石雕，非常古典壯觀。

排列英挺的迴廊

彷彿在向浩瀚的海天致敬。

建築內有美食，戲劇，美術⋯

多種藝文活動使其風華再現，

成為內涵豐富的古蹟名勝。

來到迴廊眺望如詩如畫的西子灣，

夕陽將穹蒼染成萬紫千紅。

似乎已接近日落的一刻。

無奈太陽漸漸被雲層團團圍住。

火球與浪花相遇的那一瞬間該有多美！

 

Once I came to Sizihwan bay in Kaohsiung

for waiting the gorgeous sunset.

Saw the top of the mountain,

the former British Consulate at Taka 

there. 

Restored twenty years ago, 

and became the historic relics, 

heritage Museum. 

Majestic cloister pillars 

seemed to pay homage 

to the vast sky and sea.

Took a deep breath,

ready to climb hundreds of stairs…

Present the  renaissance baroque architecture, 

arched doorway, 

red brick and stone carving, 

very classical and magnificent. 

Gourmet food, drama, art…

A variety of arts and cultural activities

reappear its splendor. 

And became rich content of monuments 

and places of interest.

Coming to the cloister, 

spending a moment 

in this picturesque Siziwan bay. 

The setting sun dyed  in a riot of color sky.

It seems that the moment of sunset was approaching. 

Helplessly, the sun was gradually

surrounded by clouds. 

How  wonderful it would be -

while the moment 

the fireball meets the spray.
