藝術家Lee Lozano作品展《罷工》- L’exposition Lee Lozano 《Strike 》

藝術家Lee Lozano1930-1999

的作品於巴黎商業交易所的

當代藝術博物館展出。


這位美國概念藝術家

是活躍在上世纪的

時代先驅者。

由抽象表现主義到波普藝術,

從簡約主義到概念藝術,

創作了一系列個人風格作品。

1960年到1972年的短暫,

但豐富的創作生涯。

洛扎諾在芝加哥接受繪畫培訓,

之後搬到纽约,

很快的聞名於20世纪60年代的

藝術界。


洛扎諾身處波普藝術、極簡主義

和概念藝術為主流的藝術環境,

参與了當代藝術活動,

同時保持了激進的態度,

反對任何形式的分類

和系統力量。


展覽的標題反映了罷工

一詞的多元性。 

“ 打擊表現出一種暴力行為,

一種無法控制的能量爆破。

可能是人體、工具或武器。


作為名詞,《 罷工 》喚起了人們

對工作的拒絕,

指的是1969年洛扎諾著名的《總罷工作品》

該作品表達她第一次試圖脫離

藝術世界。

洛札諾的罷工具有挑釁、幽默⋯

是針對藝術和她自己存在的社會層面。


由於她的激進觀念與表現

與當時的藝術界產生隔閡與爭議。

之後斷絕一切藝術活動。

然而她繼續概念藝術的創作。


尤其她極簡風格畫作,

道盡人生繁華落盡,洗淨鉛華

的真諦。


The exhibition of the works of artist Lee Lozano (1930-1999) is exhibited at the Contemporary Art Museum 

- Bourse de Commerce in Paris.


This American concept artist

was active in the pioneering era of the last century.

From abstract expressionism to pop art.

From minimalism to conceptual art.

She had created a series of  personal style works.

The exhibition "Strike" brings together a wide selection of works by Lee Lozano, covering the entirety of her brief - but nevertheless extremely prolific - career, which lasted from 1960 to 1972. 

Trained in painting in Chicago, Lozano moved to New York and quickly met notoriety within the artistic scene of the 1960.


Lozano faced an artistic environment dominated by Pop Art, minimalism and conceptual art through painting in particular. 

She took part in the artistic and social context of the time while maintaining a radical attitude and opposing any form of classification.


As a name, "strike", evokes the radical refusal to do a job, in reference to Lozano's famous General Strike Piece (1969), 

which signals her first attempt to disengage from the art world. Provocative, playful… Lozano's "strikes" were addressed to art as well as to the social dimensions of her own existence.


Because of her radical concept and behaviour

It was estranged and controversial from the art world at that time.

After that, all of her artistic activities were cut off.

However, she continued to create conceptual art.


Especially her minimalist style paintings,

It seems to imply that

prosperity of life is exhausted, 

and all polluting and complex things are purified.

淨化心靈 - Purity of mind

人生道路上經歷的種種,

是我們成長的過程與磨練。


人為何而來這世間?

酬業。

與眾生有共業、有別業。

共業是聚在一起,

別業是個別受報。

佛說:「人生是苦,

所謂生苦、老苦、病苦、死苦、

愛別離苦、怨憎會苦、求不得苦、

五陰熾盛苦。」 

這八種苦,每個人都會經歷。


面對苦難,除了向上天祈禱祈福,

必須謙卑的面對。

瞭解人生苦難的根源。


人生如夢幻泡影。

如果我們能覺悟,明瞭事實真相,

什麼都不會執著於心。

放不下是因為習氣。

不知不覺念頭就生起。

所生的念頭大多是自尊心、私心。

而許多災難都是不善的心念感召。


心情、心境很重要。

心淨不下來、定不下來,

將會煩惱不斷。

修練清淨定力,

才能使我們的心念不會受到

環境的影響。


經常清理心中的雜質。

不要讓煩惱怨氣留在心上。

也不要被負面的情緒影響。

心中才能得以淨化。

得到自在。


All kinds of experiences on the road of life,

It is the process and training of our growth.


Why do people come to this world?

Atonement.


Have the common karma with all sentient beings get together.

And other karma is individual retribution.


Buddha said, "Life is bitter,

the suffering from ageing, 

suffering from illness, 

suffering from death,

love and separation suffering, resentment and hatred will be suffering, 

the suffering that can't be obtained.

And the physical and mental suffering of all living beings.

Everyone will experience these eight kinds of hardships.


In the face of suffering, 

in addition to praying to God,

we must face it with humility.

Understand the root causes of 

life's suffering.


Life is like a dream bubble.

If we can realise and know 

the truth, 

nothing will be obsessed to your heart.


We can't let it go because of habit.

Unconsciously, the idea arises.

Most of the ideas are self-esteem and selfishness.

And many disasters are the inspiration of bad thoughts.


Mood is very important.

If the heart can't be purified 

and can't be settled,

it will be constantly annoyed .


Practicing to purify our heart and determination,

It can make our thoughts not be affected by the environment.


Always clean up the impurities

in our heart.

Do not let our worry and resentment 

stay in heart.

And don’t be affected by 

negative things.

Then our heart can be purified.

And get freedom of mind and spirit.

史特拉斯堡的聖誕季節 - Christmas season of Strasbourg

史特拉斯堡(Strasbourg )

位於法國與德國交界的小城鎮。

漫步在細雨濛濛的街道,

彷彿進入中古世紀時空。


伊爾河環繞的市中心

有許多古典木屋、教堂、博物館。

大街小巷充滿歡樂與祝福。

凜冽寒風中,

有溫暖的感覺。


Strasbourg (Strasbourg)

A small town on the border between France and Germany.


Walking on the streets in the drizzle,

It seems to enter the mediaeval time and space.


The city centre surrounded by 

L’Ill River,

there are many classical wooden houses, churches and museums.

The streets and alleys are full of 

joy and blessings.


Warm feel is surrounding in the cold wind.

太極 - Tai Chi

 


我曾學習太極,

是被那種優雅的肢體動作吸引,

當然也是希望能運動健身。

  

暖身基本動作將近 1小時後,

繼續跟隨指導老師的帶領,

在典雅的東方樂曲中緩緩進入太極世界。


體驗半個多小時剛柔並濟的肢體律動

每一節動作皆有健身防身功夫 ) 

然後再靜坐冥想指壓按摩⋯

結束兩個小時課程後的感受是

輕鬆舒暢,心情開朗。


太極是融和著堅強,柔靜,健身,

防身的一種武術也是放鬆運動,

可調節氣血循環系統。

端正,婉轉,穩定,柔和所建立的機制

可以疏解和預防生理與心理的緊張。

動作由柔軟至剛勁,

可將全身關節調整協調,

練習後周身感覺熱能與飽滿感。


太極是於運動中調心,調神 

心清靜,平和,放鬆 

可使頭腦細胞清新。

調整脊椎舒暢不生硬。

腰部強健 ( 腎滿,胃功能佳 

下肢肌肉的緞練可減緩關節炎。

呼吸細長,增加肺活量,強化內臟。


太極之動靜互相結合為養生的特點。

完全清靜至陰陽互動,

即所謂 - 無極生太極。


身體的運動不僅僅是緞練體能,

更需與心靈精神的配合協調。

當我們行得正,氣就順,

氣順神就寧。

行不正,,氣不順,

氣不順,神不寧,

神不寧,心不安,

心不安,精神身體狀態一定不健康。

心安理得,沒有執著煩惱負面惡念,

精神身體狀態必然會健康。

這也是太極的意境與精神內涵。

What I feel after the two-hour course is

Relaxed and cheerful.


Taiji is a martial art that combines strength, softness, fitness and self-defense.

It is also relaxing exercise,

It can regulate the qi and blood circulation system.

The mechanism established by correctness, euphemism, stability and softness

It can relieve and prevent physical and psychological tension.

The action is from soft to strong,

It can adjust and coordinate the joints 


Taiji is to adjust the mind and relax during exercise (peace of mind, peace of mind, relaxation. )

It can refresh brain cells.

Adjust the spine to be comfortable and not stiff.

Strong waist (full kidney, good stomach function. )

The training of lower limb muscles can relieve arthritis.

Slender breathing increases lung capacity. Strengthen the internal organs.


Taiji's movement and static are combined with each other as a health care feature.

Completely quiet to the interaction between yin and yang,

That is to say - Wuji is born in Taiji.


Physical exercise is not just about training physical fitness,

it is more necessary to coordinate with the spiritual spirit.

When we are doing right, 

our anger will go smoothly.

Smooth essence will make the spirit peaceful.

If you do something wrong, 

your spirit will be unsmooed.

Unsmooed spirit and unsmooed heart

will be restless and uneasy.

Uneasy, mental and physical state must be unhealthy.

At ease and has no persistent troubles and negative evil thoughts.

mental and physical state will inevitably 

be healthy.

This is also the spiritual connotation of Taiji.
