我曾學習太極,
是被那種優雅的肢體動作吸引,
當然也是希望能運動健身。
暖身基本動作將近 1小時後,
繼續跟隨指導老師的帶領,
在典雅的東方樂曲中緩緩進入太極世界。
體驗半個多小時剛柔並濟的肢體律動
( 每一節動作皆有健身防身功夫 )
然後再靜坐, 冥想, 指壓按摩⋯
結束兩個小時課程後的感受是
輕鬆舒暢,心情開朗。
太極是融和著堅強,柔靜,健身,
防身的一種武術, 也是放鬆運動,
可調節氣血循環系統。
端正,婉轉,穩定,柔和所建立的機制
可以疏解和預防生理與心理的緊張。
動作由柔軟至剛勁,
可將全身關節調整協調,
練習後周身感覺熱能與飽滿感。
太極是於運動中調心,調神
( 心清靜,平和,放鬆 )
可使頭腦細胞清新。
調整脊椎舒暢不生硬。
腰部強健 ( 腎滿,胃功能佳 )
下肢肌肉的緞練可減緩關節炎。
呼吸細長,增加肺活量,強化內臟。
太極之動靜互相結合為養生的特點。
完全清靜至陰陽互動,
即所謂 - 無極生太極。
身體的運動不僅僅是緞練體能,
更需與心靈精神的配合協調。
當我們行得正,氣就順,
氣順神就寧。
行不正,,氣不順,
氣不順,神不寧,
神不寧,心不安,
心不安,精神身體狀態一定不健康。
心安理得,沒有執著煩惱負面惡念,
精神身體狀態必然會健康。
這也是太極的意境與精神內涵。

Adjust the spine to be comfortable and not stiff.
Strong waist (full kidney, good stomach function. )
The training of lower limb muscles can relieve arthritis.
Slender breathing increases lung capacity. Strengthen the internal organs.
Taiji's movement and static are combined with each other as a health care feature.
Completely quiet to the interaction between yin and yang,

Physical exercise is not just about training physical fitness,
