agglomerate tremendous energy and innovation.

生活中

所有的起心動念，言行舉止

真誠、善良、美徳

是走在平安喜樂路上必備的資糧。

善念感召善緣。

邪念、惡念感召邪缘、惡緣。

善有善報，惡有惡報。

不忠、不孝、不仁、不義

自然會受天譴業報。

相信因果，

方能走向正道，

令我們時刻反省，斷惡修善。

All thoughts, words and deeds in life 

affect our lives. 

Sincerity, kindness, virtue 

are necessary provisions on the way of safety, comfort and happiness.

Goodwill inspire good karma. 

Evil thoughts incu evil fate.

The good will be rewarded with good 

while evil with evil . 

Unfaithful, unfilial, unkind, unrighteous naturally will be condemned, 

suffered the result of one’s own karma. 

Believe in cause and effect

only then go the right way,

will make us to stop devilry, 

self-reflection and practice charity.

快樂素食者 - Happy vegetarian

烹飪對有些人很療癒，

對我來說是緊張和壓力。

然而自從茹素後，

感覺能夠很輕鬆自在的走入廚房。

以愉快的心情研究各種蔬果飲食搭配。

我做的這青豆濃湯，

加入幾片碗豆莢⋯

猶如綠湖泛輕舟。

還有

芹菜枝葉牽拌一束束

脆香的蘆筍⋯

葉片飄落在小番茄上，

彷彿裡面藏著一首詩。

其實我最喜歡的還是青菜豆腐類

簡單樸實的料理。

但偶爾花點心思作些特別的料理，

倒也增添不少生活的創意與樂趣。

Cooking is therapeutic for some people,

but intense and stressful for me. 

However, since I became a vegetarian, 

I feel that I can walk into the kitchen easily and enjoy the moment.

And willing to learn

various fruit and vegetable diet combinations. 

Like I did  this little green beans soup

add a few slices of pods...

Like a canoe on a green lake 

feeling calm and peaceful.

And the celery branches and leaves 

winding asparaguses

and falling on the little tomatoes...

As it’s hiding a beautiful poem 

in the dish.

In fact, my favorite is the simple 

and unpretentious dishes of 

green vegetables and tofu.

But occasionally I spend some time 

thinking about making some delicious vegetarian dishes,

it not only adds to the fun of 

vegetarian cooking, 

but also makes life full of creativity

and so much pleasure.

Hawaii is the only U.S. state outside of America.

And the only state that is an archipelago.

Integrate different ethnic cultures, 

the fusion of the characteristics of various ethnic groups,

and continue the tradition. 

Exude humanity and culture 

of polynesia. 

Pristine beautiful coastline,

lava landform, rainforest…

The extraordinary landscape reveals the unique natural ecology and enthusiastic humanistic style.

「野柳」為大屯山延伸至海，

因波浪侵蝕、岩石風化及地殼運動，

造就了海蝕平台和洞溝、燭狀石、

蕈狀岩等各種奇特景觀。

還有聞名國際的女王頭海蝕奇觀。

Datum Mountain stretches to the sea

that forms the amazing place 「 Yehliu 」

Because of wave erosion, 

rock weathering and crustal movement, created the abrasion platform and 

sea erosion cave, Candlestick Rocks

and Mushroom Rocks.

Also the most popular - Queen’s Head.
