坐落於愛丁堡市中心的土丘上。

館藏呈現蘇格蘭豐富的繪畫藝術史。

由文藝復興到後印象派的歐洲藝術。

西洋藝術始於宗教的题材，

之後的人為本的創作。

文藝復興後期17世紀

作品呈現大多以表現現實生活中的人物、

社會風氣作為繪畫主題。

此外，也有大自然、田園生活的畫作。

我個人較欣賞畫作中

大自然的景象。

然而人物與大自然和諧共融的美

更令人感動。

走過一間又一間畫室，

「 月光下的海景」 

這幅畫作令人震撼。

畫作色調、筆觸是莫奈的作品嗎？

《 天堂之約 》-《 Promise 》

這部韓國記錄片 -

導演閔丙勳與其子閔始友

自身的家庭真實記事。

九歲的始友每當想到離世的母親

不禁悲從中來。

「 媽媽去了天堂，但她一直在你心中陪著你。」

父親以滿滿的愛安撫、引導孩子。

給予他強大的信念與力量，

陪他度過失去母親、

同時也療癒自己失去妻子的痛。

常鼓勵孩子祈禱、寫詩

以抒發想念母親的傷感。

協助他打開一扇窗，

看到光明與希望，

迎接溫暖的陽光。

父子倆相依為命。

在孩子面前堅強的爸爸

其實是把孤獨留給自己。

澎湃海浪瞭解他的心境。

小男孩何嘗不知父親隱忍的傷痛？

終於父親帶著小男孩來到母親

葬身之處。

悲傷巳化為祝福與力量。

最愛的母親已成永恆。

小男孩堅強的面對生活。

記住與母親的約定：

他們會在天堂再相見的。

劇中許多埸景美不勝收。

雖是下雪的冬季，

暖暖的詩意卻上心頭。

是感人，有深度的電影。

This Korean documentary -

Director Byung-hun Min and his son Shiyou Min

the real record of their own family. 

Whenever the nine-year-old little boy thinks of his mother

he feels so sad.

"Mom went to heaven, but she has always been with you in your heart."

His father soothes and guides the child 

with full love,

give him strong faith and strength.

Accompany him through the loss of his mother.

At the same time, 

it also heals the pain of losing his wife.

He often encourage little boy to pray 

and write poems

to express the sadness of missing his mother.

Just like help him open a window,

seeing the light and hope,

and welcome the warm sunshine.

The surging waves understand his state of mind.

水果 - Fruit

台灣一年四季出產許多美味水果。

有水果王國之譽稱。

有些水果是台灣僅有的特產。

柳丁、桂圓、蓮霧、

釋迦⋯

淡淡的香甜，

我最喜愛的水果 -

是走遍天下超級無敵的台灣柳丁。

初識釋迦（外表酷似佛首）是朋友介紹、

分享品嚐。不愧為人間美味、水果至寶。

桂圓也是稀世珍品。

也只有在台灣才能盡情享用。

玲瓏剔透的蓮霧

是最美的水果。

小時候喜歡看媽媽輕柔的

沖洗、切片，

然後搭配優雅的果盤。

家人歡聚享用水果的幸福時光

已經好遙遠。

卻是心中的永恆。

Taiwan produces many delicious fruits all year round.

It has the reputation of the fruit kingdom.

Some fruits are the only specialties in Taiwan.

Sugar Apple ( sweetsop )…

Faint sweetness, my favorite fruit -

it’s Taiwan's super invincible 

orange  who has travelled all over the world.

The first time I met Sugar Apple (sweetsop )

which looks like a Buddha's head,

was introduced and shared by a friend.  

It is the most delicious fruit  in the world.

Longan is also a rare treasure.

I can only enjoy it in Taiwan.

It is the most beautiful fruit.

When I was a child, 

I liked to watch my mom’s gentle

rinse, slice, then match it with an elegant fruit plate.

The happy time of family gathering and enjoying fruit.

It's so far away.

But it is eternal in the heart.

心念 - Thoughts

以清淨心， 愛心，感恩心生活

是保養身體的好方法。

科學家以水實驗 :

將一杯透明水置於寫著 -

幸福、神、佛菩薩、愛、感恩⋯

無論何種語文的正面字句

的紙上片刻，

在零下五度將結冰時

由顯微鏡看到這些水都呈現

美好的結晶。

尤其是『愛』字上的水結晶最美。

水在人體中約有百分之七十的

比重，

周圍的環境與我們的思考言行

自然會與身體狀況息息相關。

心安理得，胸懷真誠純潔的愛，

全身自然充滿平和善美。

反之，惡念煩憂，

先受其害的是自己。

不善的心念，

嗔恨、惡意，

會產生壞的果報

日常生活中，常常凈化、

調整心念，

常存「感恩的心」

時時都會感到愉快與滿足！

心念慈悲善美，

能轉變境界，改變業力。

世界也可能因我們的修為

而有所改變。

On the contrary, bad thoughts

and adjust our mood,
