娃娃 - Doll

小時候

我喜歡將畫好的娃娃剪貼。

也會收集一些零散破布，

向媽借針線縫製布娃娃。

特別選兩個雪亮的釦子

當作娃娃的眼睛，

再用紅線繡一個微笑。

有一次爸爸出遠門時問：

“ 妹妹要我帶什麼回來給妳？”

我說想要一個長頭髮的漂亮娃娃。

 

所以他每次出遠門

都會為我挑選美麗的長髮娃娃。

我深深感受到

爸爸溫柔細膩的一面。

依然記得這些娃娃中

有超小的，

青色豔麗頭髮，小巧的衣裙和長靴。

也有金髮碧眼，

穿著東方傳統服的

漂亮寶貝。

還有捲髮娃娃，

貼身洋裝 ，

鞋，帽，皮包配件，非常時尚。

眼睛大睫毛長，

眨眼時特別可愛。

我喜歡梳洗娃娃的頭髮，

幫她們做美麗的衣裳。

仲夏夜我常躺在後院的涼椅

擁著娃娃細數遠空繁星

漸漸入夢。

When I was a little girl 

I liked to cut and paste the 

painted dolls.

Also collected some scattered rags 

and borrowed  needle and thread from mom.

Two bright buttons were specially selected 

as a doll's eyes,

and then embroidered a smile 

with red thread. 

Once my dad was away from home and asked me :   

   “What shall I bring for you?”

I said that I would like to have a pretty doll 

with long hair.

Therefore, he chose beautiful long hair doll for me 

in every trip.

I deeply feel the gentle side of his character.

I still remember the dolls...

A tiny doll with green hair,

little dresses and long boots. 

Another one with blue-eyed and golden-haired 

worn oriental traditional dress. 

Also a doll had dress tight, 

heels, hat, handbag... very stylish

with curly hair 

and big eyes with long eyelashes.  

So cute when she blinked her eyes.

I liked to wash their hair

and made beautiful clothes 

for them.

Often, at summer night

 I was lying on the chair with my dolls

and counting the sky above me 

shone with billions dots of light...

fell sweetly asleep.
