專注力- Concentration


年少時曾經有段時日, 

一些恐怖畫面會浮現我腦海。

我很慶幸可以試著以集中精神觀想

的方式,把恐怖畫面擱放一邊,

漸漸清除乾淨。

腦海不再有恐怖、負面的情景

浮現。

感受到清淨與安定。


每當妄念(莫名的恐怖、

焦慮、抑鬱、憂慮、失望、失落感  

現前時,

我立即要自己清空這些念頭,

專注於當下在做的事。

如果是在無聊、發呆,

就專心祈禱,

唸佛號,靜坐,

或起身去清理環境,

或隨興畫圖,

或彈奏樂器,

或是一針一線縫製衣物。

總之,就是必須專心一致

在當下的事物,

清除腦中的妄想、執著、

負面情緒。

讓心情轉化為平靜。


專注力

有助於我們度過生活中的苦難。

當我們專注在一件事物時,

其他一切都無法干擾、影響我們。

在心平氣和的當下

才能傾聽自己,

關注他人。



後記:


管理情緒不容易。

但還是可以慢慢練習。

我們的頭腦先天就有理性的

警覺、憂患意識

( 由古至今的自我防衛機制 )

在現今更緊張、競爭的世代,

加重了憂患意識而產生恐慌、

憂鬱、躁鬱症狀。

我們物質的肉體

有靈與共,

靈修非常重要,

使我們的靈清淨、

聖潔,堅強(意志力)

引導我們的行為舉止,

才能安定、平衡我們的身心靈。


When I was young, 

there was a period of time when some horrible  sight came to my mind.


I'm glad that I can try to concentrate on visualizing to put aside the horror sight. 

Gradually clean up.

There are no more horrible and negative scenes in my mind.

Feel purity and stability.


Whenever delusions ( inexplicable horror,

anxiety, depression, worry, 

disappointment… ) appear

I will clear these thoughts by myself immediately. 

Focus on what I am doing,

If I was bored and in a daze,

just concentrate on praying,

recite the name of Buddha, 

meditation,

or get up to clean up the environment, 

or draw paintings,

or play musical instruments,

or sew clothes one stitch by one.

Anyway we must concentrate and be consistent things in the present,

clear the delusions, persistence in the mind and negative emotions.

Turn our mood into calm.


Concentration

it helps us to get through the hardships 

in life.

When we focus on one thing,

everything else can't interfere and affect us.

At a calm moment

only you can listen to yourself,

then pay attention to others.



Postscript:


It's not easy to manage emotions.

But we can still practice slowly.

Our brains are born rational.

Alertness and worry awareness

 (self-Defence mechanism from ancient times to the present)

In today's more tense and competitive generation,

it aggravates the sense of worry 

and causes panic,

symptoms of melancholy and bipolar depression.

The body of our material

there are spirits and together,

Spiritual cultivation is very important.

Make our spirits pure,

and strong (willpower)

to guide our behaviour, 

only then can we stabilise and balance 

our body and mind.
