新聞記者是「無冕王」

社會給予廣泛的言論權

但並非表示可以容忍其欠缺素質，

不公不義不客觀，

賤踏道德底線。

其生態的墮落沉淪

將會影響整個社會。

媒體人更應以維護

社會得知「真相」的權利

而自重。 

掩蓋事實真相，循私偏見

渲染、散播不實報導

腐敗瀆職行為等等
是人性的黑暗面與恥辱。

其實倫理道德感化善良風俗

與普世價值的闡揚不單是影視媒傳，

也是每個人應持有的良心

與對社會應盡的義務與責任。

Film, television industry, 

mass communication, 

social media and journalist -

uncrowned king, 

social giving right of speech to them

but it does not mean that the lack of quality can be tolerated, 

injustice and not objective...

It is the bottom line of morality.

Degenerate ecology

will affect society as a whole.

Media people should maintain the

right of society to know the "truth".

Cover up the truth, 

selfish prejudice,

rendering, disseminating false reports, corruption, malfeasance, etc.

It is the dark side

and shame of human nature. 

In fact, ethics and morals influence good customs 

and interpretation of universal values 

it is not only the media transmission, 

but also the conscience that everyone should hold 

and the obligation and responsibility to the society.

離開台北多年，

對我來說家並不遠，

也許是經常往返，

時時關注，

無論美醜，

永遠是我摯愛的家。

柔美曙光

揭開傳統市場的序幕。

午後小販幽揚的叫賣聲，

亂中有序的車站人群，

一切都那麼熟悉親切。

黃昏時分，夜市人生才開始。

飲食小吃遊樂場⋯

到處充滿熱情歡笑。

藝文園區瀰漫著創意靈氣，

也是休閒活動的好去處。

佇立在巷口的老榕樹，

一張張樸實的臉，

人來人往，

這兒種種的純真善良

沒有隨時光流逝。

夜深人靜，

仰望遙遠的星空，

閃爍著一道光⋯

許了個願，

為眾生平安幸福祈禱。

Been away from Taipei for many years,

home is not far for me,

maybe it's a frequent trip.

Always follow,

whatever beautiful or ugly...

always be my beloved home.

Soft dawn unveiled the prelude to the traditional market.

The quiet cries of hawkers in the afternoon.

Orderly crowd at the station.

Everything is so familiar and kind.

At dusk, 

life in the night market just begins.

Eating snack playground...

there is enthusiastic laughter everywhere.

Those art parks are filled with 

creative aura.

Also good places for leisure activities.

The old marabutan tree still 

standing in the alley,

plain faces,

people come and go...

The innocence and kindness here 

does not pass away at any time. 

In the quite night,

look up at the distant starry sky 

shining a light

pray for the peace and happiness 

of all beings.

感觸良多。

靜心誠摯祈禱確實是

我與上天連結，懺悔，感恩，祈求，

禱告的唯一途徑。

也是啓發內心靈性的動能。

書中許多內容值得我們省思：

• 內心的平靜就是智慧之源，經由我們的心，我們就能接觸到這個最高層次，因為智慧無須像理智那樣，隨時顯露自己的才能，讓人知道它會什麼、知道什麼。一旦到達智慧的層次，就是最純粹的「知」了。
• 在平靜中，當我們的思考保持靜默，我們才能知道自己是誰、會什麼，而那些我們感到不足的，其實已經在我們的內心。良善，早已悄悄地在我們內心萌芽，靜待嶄露頭角的時機，而祈禱就如同往這顆小種子上澆水，我心中的愛則是「良善」這小生命的培養土。
• 良善會經由我的祈禱被帶到這個世界，當我心中有愛，對我生命中的一切充滿感謝時，更容易將更多的良善帶到這個世界。就如同身為母親的人，無條件愛自己的孩子一樣，就算孩子犯了錯，做母親的也會毫無保留地愛著他。神對我們的愛也是這樣沒有條件、毫無保留的愛。
• 當心中有愛、心存感恩時，我們許下的願望最容易被宇宙聽到。
• 發自內心許願時，因為有「愛」，就有可能達到和宇宙相同的頻率。在這樣的當下，造物主就能看到和感應到我們。
• 危機中，我們有機會發現自己。倘若我們能理解，上天想要我們在經歷所有苦痛之後，領略更深層的人生意義，那時我們就能看見黑暗中，引領我們走向宇宙的那道光。
• 祈禱，就是迎來宇宙的好能量。
• 用心祈禱，我的心就是迎來上天的殿堂。
• 良善的思維和祈禱，的確會對我們的周遭環境產生影響。

我確信當我們靜下心，

以謙恭、誠懇、純淨善良的心

感恩、祈禱時，

上帝會與我們同在。

我們會得以療癒。

好能量也開始啓動。

I have so much feelings 

after reading this book - 

GEBETE ANS UNIVERSUM 

(Prayer is to receive cosmic energy)

It is true to pray quietly and sincerely -

my way to connect with God, repent,

be grateful and pray.

It is also enlighten the kinetic energy of the 

inner mind. 

Many contents in the book are worth 

our reflection :

• Inner peace is the source of wisdom. Through our hearts, we can reach this highest level, because wisdom does not need to reveal its talents at any time like reason, so that people can know what it will do and what it will know. Once we reach the level of wisdom, it is the purest “cognitive”
• In peace, when our thoughts remain silent, we can know who we are and what we can do, and what we feel inadequate is actually in our hearts. Goodness has long quietly sprouted in our hearts, waiting for the opportunity to emerge, and prayer is like watering this small seed, and the love in our heart is the soil of the cultivation of "goodness" this little life. 
• Goodness will be brought to the world through our prayers. When we have love in our heart and full of gratitude for everything in our life, it is easier to bring more goodness to the world. Just as a mother loves her child unconditionally, even if the child makes a mistake, mother will love her child without reservation. God's love for us is also such unconditional and unreserved love.
• When there is love and gratitude in the heart our wishes are most easily heard by the universe.
• When making a wish from the heart, it is possible to reach the same frequency as the universe because of "love". 
• In the crisis, we have the opportunity to find ourselves. If we can understand that God wants us to experience a deeper meaning of life after experiencing all the pain, then we can see the light in the darkness that leads us to the universe.
• Prayer, is the wish and recruit the good energy of the universe.
• Pray with heart, and our heart will usher in the temple of heaven.
• Good thinking and prayer will indeed affect the environment around us.

I am sure that 

when we calm down, be grateful and pray 

with humility, sincerity, purity and kindness, 

God will be with us.

We will be cured.

Good energy also begins to move.
