Endure humiliation ~ Let go

Ying Chen photography

I once thought that learning Buddhism and practicing were very profound.

Now I realize that

practice is in daily life.

If we can face all kinds of setbacks and pains and see the dark

and evil side of human nature...

Look at life with the wisdom

of the bystanders.

If we can bear all the humiliation

keep calm and let go

then we can find inner peace and purity.

Human nature is inherently good,

and the evils are inspired by delusions, upset, bad habits.

Let our deluded mind go

for reality can show.

Unable to let go

is the habits since the very beginning.

Endure humiliation -

letting go is the greatest wisdom and blessing.

Recognise myself, there is no selfish.

Ying Chen photography

Greek philosopher Aristotle

 384-322B.C.

once said:

«  Knowing yourself is the beginning of all wisdom. »

Indeed, we have been using it since childhood  the word "I".

Instinctive needs to be valued and paid attention to.

Self-awareness increases day by day

with age.

Self-recognition is a necessary observation in daily life.

See clearly what you have done.

In fact,  heart as an mirror.

Have the instinct of observation.

What we do is right and wrong,

we know it in our heart.

However, because of selfish and corrupt

evil thoughts

destroy our conscience

and commit a crime knowingly,

lose the true nature of kindness.

If we can purify our heart

Recognise ourself with wisdom and understanding,

after that, gradually get rid of the "self"

 the centre of life.

That is, let go of "my obsession"

Reach the realm of selflessness.

Buddhism says "no self",

It is the "I" that not all sentient beings are obsessed with,

there is no "I", only the real me.

There is great freedom in Buddhism,

 which is the "true self"

Don't be self-centred,

Everything is not only for yourself,

and the heart is pure and there are no worries.

We only think of ourself ,

too obsessed with ourself

will have sense of gains  and losses

in our heart.

If we have sense of gains or losses,

we will have a worry.

Why do we feel that life is so hard?

Because of excessive obsession with everything.

This is the root of pain.

Only when we put it down can we feel comfortable.

With an honest and bright heart

Illuminate the "true self".

Scottish National Gallery

Ying Chen Photography

Founded in 1859,

It is located on the mounds in downtown Edinburgh.

The museum's collection presents a rich history of painting and art in Scotland.

European art from the Renaissance to the post-Impressionism.

Western art begins with the subject of religion.

Later, human-based creation.

The 17th century of the late Renaissance,

most of the works are presented to express real-life characters and social atmosphere.

As the theme of painting.

In addition, there is also nature

and pastoral life.

Personally, I appreciate the painting’s

 scene of nature.

However, the beauty of harmony between the characters and nature

It's more touching.

Walked through one studio after another,

Seascape under the moonlight “

This painting is shocking.

Are the tone and brushstrokes of the painting Monet's works?

Read the description next to the picture:

Claude Monet (1840-1926)

The sea view under the moonlight

Oil painting in 1864

The view of the harbour at night,

Monet in the 1860s

Unique works.

Depict the port of the Normandy coast in France

The sea near Le Havre.

Sailboat, a small funnel,

The shadow of the boat in the moonlight...

Monet with unusual technology

Use a colour knife and a brush,

This painting is influence by Gustave Courbet (1819-1877),

the founder of the French realist school of painting. “

I saw the sky, harbour, ship...

What the painting presents is not only the scenery.

It's deep in his heart.

Scenery, colour

with a hazy image

it presents a majestic momentum.

Monet’s  paintings

From simple painting

release the inner artistic mood through the scenery.

His works are regarded as drafts in contemporary times.

However, it is an impression for him.

His painting style is minimalist,

but it perfectly presents the overall beauty.

Monet  likes to sketch in nature.

His works are constantly growing and evolving.

It is his inner world and life journey.

Share with the world -

understanding and love for nature.

Say goodbye to such a rich art feast.

A very precious experience.

We can recognise

and feel these energetic works of art.
