法國作曲家。
是二十世紀法國前衛音樂的導師，
被譽為現代音樂之先趨。
生於法國諾曼地海岸的翁佛勒 Honfleur
( 1866 - 1925 )
他為人瀟灑不羈。
喜用怪誕的主題譜曲。
當時被譏諷為業餘鋼琴師。
薩提堅持理念，創作極簡主義作品。
沒有華麗的修飾，然而豐富的內涵
療癒無數世人心靈。
有感於浪漫主義與印象派當道的
法國音樂界過於嚴謹、矯情，

The mentor of avant-garde music
in the 20th century,
was a progenitor of modern music.
He was born in Honfleur of Normandy,
France. （1866 - 1825 )
He was a spiritual person
composing music concisely,
He gave peculiar name of his composition.
Ridiculed often by people with petty common views
as an amateur pianist.
Erik Satie had persisted in his belief.
His composition contained elements of minimalism.
Refrain from adorned luxury,
the thought contained rich connotation -
comforting and therapeutic.
Thoughts on romanticism and Impressionism in French music world was over scrupulous,
Erik Satie united with other composers - Poulenc, Honegger, Milhaud, Georges, Louis Durey
for returning to simplicity.
After that, 「Les Six」was famed the world and Erik Satie had been honored by people and was credited
as the father of the 「Les Six」

This melody...the lounging, the serenity, the sadness, It seems like a huge embrace for the heart.
It will be always there for us.
The simple musical notes were the ripples wave in heart with a certain unconscious pathos,
no joy without annoy
but gradually pacify our soul
with the graceful music.
Just like journey of life,
whether we have splendid life or not,
after all live a humble life.
