烹飪對有些人很療癒,
對我來說是緊張和壓力。
然而自從茹素後,
感覺能夠很輕鬆自在的走入廚房。
以愉快的心情研究各種蔬果飲食搭配。
我做的這青豆濃湯,
加入幾片碗豆莢⋯
猶如綠湖泛輕舟。
還有
芹菜枝葉牽拌一束束
脆香的蘆筍⋯
葉片飄落在小番茄上,
彷彿裡面藏著一首詩。
其實我最喜歡的還是青菜豆腐類
簡單樸實的料理。
但偶爾花點心思作些特別的料理,
倒也增添不少生活的創意與樂趣。
Cooking is therapeutic for some people,
but intense and stressful for me.
However, since I became a vegetarian,
I feel that I can walk into the kitchen easily and enjoy the moment.
And willing to learn
various fruit and vegetable diet combinations.
Like I did this little green beans soup
add a few slices of pods...
Like a canoe on a green lake
feeling calm and peaceful.
And the celery branches and leaves
winding asparaguses
and falling on the little tomatoes...
As it’s hiding a beautiful poem
in the dish.
In fact, my favorite is the simple
and unpretentious dishes of
green vegetables and tofu.
But occasionally I spend some time
thinking about making some delicious vegetarian dishes,
it not only adds to the fun of
vegetarian cooking,
but also makes life full of creativity
and so much pleasure.
