那年夏天

歐洲大地一片白茫茫，

我曾登往阿爾卑斯山的少女峯，

途中駐足寧靜絶美的瑞士小鎮

因特拉肯 - Interlaken

此名意指「在湖水之間」

介於西邊的圖恩湖

與東邊的布里恩茨湖之間。

湛藍天空與湖光相映生輝，

山谷的磅礡氣勢盡收眼底。

深沉謐靜的剎那

彷彿永恆。

Once in a summer

the land of Europe is vast and white,

I was on the way to Jungfrau of Alps mountains,

stop at serene and beautiful small town

in Switzerland - Interlaken 

thus name means between the lakes

 ( Lake Thun in the west side 

and Lake Brienz in the east side )

The azure blue sky 

and the lake are shining

The spread of the mountains  

are indeed magnificent and 

a startling sight.

The moment of deep tranquility 

seems eternal.

建國假日花市 -

芬芳馥郁的草木含笑不語。

繁花似錦的園藝繽紛浪漫。

好一幅美麗動人的風景。

遇見一簇紫薇花，

令我想起

唐朝詩人杜牧的《紫薇花》：

《 曉迎秋露一枝新，不占園中最上春。

桃李無言又何在，向風偏笑艷陽人。》

秋露中迎接晨光的紫薇花

不在早春與群芳爭艶⋯

這首詩寓意著 

做人處事的優雅，正直⋯

顯現詩人杜牧的高風亮節。

Jianguo Holiday Flower Market -

Fragrant plants wearing smiles. 

Flowery gardening is colorful and romantic. 

What a beautiful and moving scenery.

I met a cluster of crape myrtle, 

it reminds me《crape myrtle 》 

of Tang Dynasty poet Du Mu :

《 A blooming crape myrtle 

in the light of autumn morning,

does not compete with other flowers 

in early spring. 

Wonder where the peaches and plums are,

only crape myrtle towards the cold autumn breeze,

and smile at the flowers that are vying to bloom 

in the sunny spring. 》

Crape myrtle blooms proudly 

in cold autumn breeze,

does not compete with other flowers in early spring...

The moral of this poem is that 

being a elegant, integrity

and upright in character person...

appearing the poet’s lofty spirit.

A few days ago I went to visit a friend - 

an extraordinary artist whom I haven't seen 

for a long time.

A lively fancy in her creations...

contain a wealth of emotion and concentration.

I admire her talent and 

creative energy. 

And I would like to know how has she been recently. 

After one year and a half of plague raging, 

it seems to us that a lifetime had passed since then.

Say goodbye to each other...

Grateful for our well-being.

佛法的一體宇宙觀：

「 萬事萬物與自己原本為一體 」

宇宙萬物息息相關，

人與人之間的關係受業力影響。

我們要珍惜善緣。

惡業力造成的孽緣

則應謹慎處理化解冤怨。

如果能理解這些道理，

我們就不會彼此傷害。

能互相尊重，

互相合作。

一體宇宙觀 -

是大慈大悲大愛，

真實的智慧福德。

不要妄自菲薄，

其實每個微小的力量

都能影響周遭與未來。

自私自利，

寡廉鮮恥，道徳淪喪⋯

邪惡的輪迴將永無休止。

放下貪欲，我執

才能浄化心靈，

尋回原本的真善美本性。

當我們改變，世界也隨之而變。

Dharma Theory - The concept of one universe：

« All things and ourself are originally all one »

Everything in the universe is closely related, 

relationship between people affected by karma. 

Cherish for our good affinity. 

Unrightful relationship 

is cause of evil karma

we must carefully resolve grievances. 

If we can understand these principles 

we will not hurt each other.

And we will respect each other, 

and cooperate with each other. 

The concept of one universe - 

it is  great kindness, 

great compassion, great love 

and true wisdom merit. 

Do not underestimate your ability, 

in fact, every tiny force can affect 

the surroundings and the future.

Selfishness, shamelessness, 

loss of morality... 

The cycle of evil will never end. 

No longer greedy, ego 

can purify the mind.

Retrieve the original nature of truth, goodness 

and beauty. 

The world changes accordingly when we change.

大自然之美顯而易見。

只要我們用心

就可以察覺自然界的美好，

啓動療癒身體的能量

與浄化心靈。

出離喧囂亂世，

享受大自然永恆的美好，

與幽谷、山林、溪流、海洋、

穹蒼、日月星辰的互動，

心曠神怡，海濶天空 ⋯

是宇宙萬物融為一體

相互守護的時刻。

The beauty of nature is obviously.

As long as we are careful, 

we can perceive the beauty of nature, 

start up energy to heal the body 

and purify the mind. 

Out of the hustle and bustle of the world, 

enjoy in the eternal beauty of nature. 

Interaction of valleys, forests, streams, 

seas and oceans, 

firmament, sun, moon, stars...

So refreshing and liberating ! 

It's the moment when everything 

in the universe merges into one 

and protects each other.

我喜歡書法

當初臨摹唐朝書法家

柳公權的字帖

因為欣賞其字體的剛柔並濟，

蒼勁有力的風采。

 

「 用筆在心，心正則筆正。」

這是柳公權指導唐穆宗用筆之法。

臨摹寫字到成熟階段時

可試著「出帖」自成一格，

寫出自己的風格。

練寫書法時

專注於字𥚃行間

也是一種修身養性。

I like calligraphy.

Calligraphy copybook of Liu Gongquan - 

Tang Dynasty calligrapher（ 778 - 865 )

was my choice 

for imitating his regular calligraphy. 

Because I  admire the combination of 

rigidity, softness of the fonts 

and vigorous and powerful style.

“ Clear your mind of all thoughts, 

rectify the mind and make the intent sincere,  

then you can write well “

it was Liu Gongquan taught the Emperor Muzong 

of Tang Dynasty how to learn calligraphy.

When we are reaching the maturity stage 

of imitating then we can try to write 

our own style. 

When practicing calligraphy, 

writing intently between the lines... 

it is also a kind of cultivation.
