炒米粉是台灣道地的小吃,
也是兒時記憶美好的一部份⋯
記得有一次
爸媽帶我去舅舅家玩。
舅母準備了一大盤
像座小山形狀似的炒米粉。
生平第一次看到如此繽紛美食。
平凡的線條
居然可以編織出多姿多采。
米粉的美味爽口
更是令人永難忘懐。
只要看到炒米粉
就會想到舅媽的好手藝。
想吃炒米粉時
我會找回那遙遠的記憶。
用現成的食材( 家中經常有的
大白菜,芹菜,香菇,小蕃茄 )
以自己獨特極簡方式
做這一道炒米粉。
淡淡的香味中
有濃濃的鄉愁。
Fried rice vermicelli
is Taiwanese authentic snack.
It’s also part of my wonderful memory
of childhood…
I remember once,
my parents took me to see
the family of my uncle.
My aunt placed a large dish of
fried rice vermicelli,
Looked like a small mountain,
so beautiful and fantastic.
Unforgettable richly flavoured snack.
Whenever I see the snack fried rice vermicelli
I think of her workmanship.
If I have a craving for the fried rice vermicelli,
I will retrieve the distant memory.
Utilization whatever is available
( Usually, have cabbage, celery, chise mushroom, small tomato... )
in my own particular simple way
to make it.
Delicate fragrance
with a deep homesickness.
