簡而言之,

過簡單樸素的生活。
將真善美實踐在人生。
以慈悲,寬容心愛衆生。
生活就是一種修行。
修行學佛三基本資量信、 願、行
對我們修行有益助 -
信 :
有信心才有願力。
對自己有信心,
相信有西方淨土極樂世界(莊嚴,清浄,
平等,
覺悟,幸福,和諧的樂土 )
相信阿彌陀佛。
相信因果。
相信行善念佛,於臨命終時
能往生西方淨土極樂世界。
願:
許下願力,
祈願阿彌陀佛能在時日將至臨命終時,
接引我們去西方淨土極樂世界。
行:
日常行善,做好人,念佛。
我們的遇境與感受
大多來自前世今生的業力
(前世今生的行為影響我們的業力)
真誠,善良,慈悲,忍辱的修為
可以減輕業力,改變業力。
念佛則可清浄心靈,使我們得以心平氣和。
念「 阿彌陀佛 」後可以迴向
寃親債主,
並祈願他們能解除痛苦,
與我們和解。
以慈悲,寬容心愛衆生。
我們會感受到内心的平靜與喜樂。
The simple way to practice in our daily life
is to be good person,
be honest,
with compassion, endure,
to love all beings...
Life is a kind of spiritual practice.
Faith, Vow, Action
are the three elements
will help us in our cultivation :
Faith :
believe yourself.
believe Western pure land ( peace, quite, harmony
and joy, solemn, pure, equality, consciousness,
perfect place to stay ).
believe Amitabha
believe in karma.
believe to be good and reciting the Buddha's name - Amitabha
can be reborn in Western pure land.
Vow :
Make vow, for wishing Amitabha
will come to take us to
Western pure land
at the moment we are approaching the end of life.
Action :
to be a good person
and reciting the Buddha's name - Amitabha
in our daily life.
Because most of our situation and feelings
is from our karma ( Our behavior in
previous generation and this life
could affect our karma )
and the best way to decrease and change our karma
is to be truthfulness, benevolence,
compassion, tolerance.
Also reciting the Buddha's name - Amitabha
( for purify our souls and achieve peace )
When we finish reciting “Amitabha”
could say :
“I would like to give those
benefits of reciting “ Amitabha”
to the beings that I have hurt in past and present,
hope they will be free from suffering
and reconcile with me.”
with compassion, endure,
to love all beings,
we will feel happiness and peace of our mind.
